Cancellation Policy

📌 Booking Policy – CPR Heroes Thank you for choosing CPR Heroes for your training! Please review our booking policy before confirming your class: ✅ Payment & Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. You will receive a confirmation email with class details once payment is completed. 📅 Rescheduling You may reschedule your class with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled class are subject to availability and may incur a $15 rescheduling fee. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows All bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, we encourage you to reschedule in advance. No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment. 📍Arrival Time Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class start time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be admitted and will need to be rescheduled. 📋 Certification Requirements Successful completion of the course and demonstration of required skills are necessary to receive certification.
